Anchor of Hope Tabernacle was founded in May 2015 with the vision of seeing lives, once broken, find a new beginning built upon the foundation of biblical truths with Jesus Christ being the chief cornerstone. We understand that many people in today's world have faced what certainly looked like failure in their lives, and it is our desire to teach them that failure is not final. God has a way of taking "broken things" and using them for His Glory. We invite you to come find hope and restoration as we "Live the Cause" that God has placed in our hands. At Anchor of Hope, it is our desire to minister to the entire family. Our children's ministry is designed to teach our children in an atmosphere that is both fun and informative as well, with such topics as, The Fruits of the Spirit, Baptism, Salvation, as well as many other biblical principles. Our Dynamic Youth Ministry, is a wonderful opportunity for fellowship, exciting outings, and being groomed for the next phase of their young adult lives. Our Praise & Worship is a blend of Southern Gospel and also some contemporary music, we believe that it isn't a style of music that we worship, but our focus is on having an atmosphere where believers can enter into the Presence of God and be ready to receive His word and direction for their lives. Our worship services are centered around God's word and brought to life by the power of the Holy Spirit, and made relevant as our Pastors preach the word of God and share from their life experiences. |
Our Leadership
Pastor Tim & Lynne Lee
Pastor Tim and Lynne serve as Senior Pastor and First Lady of Anchor of Hope Tabernacle, and were founders of the ministry in 2015. Pastor Tim has been in Pastoral ministry for over 30 years, and had his start here in Dallas NC at the age of 24 as a Pastor. At the age of 56, he felt a fresh breath of life has been given to him by the Holy Ghost as it pertains to "Anchor of Hope" and the vision that God has given him and our First Lady. Miss Lynne has played piano and sang in church since her early childhood. Pastor Tim has preached from Delaware to Mississippi in revivals and Tent revivals, in prisons and drug rehabs, youth retreats,as well as mission trips to Haiti, seeing hundreds of lives transformed by the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Together with The Pastor's staff and Leadership Team of Anchor of Hope Tabernacle, they are believing for a great harvest of souls and that many will come to know the Anchor of their soul, Jesus Christ our Lord.
